Your Role as an Endodontist: 
As an Endodontist at Areo Dental Group, you will provide specialized diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Working closely with our general dentists, you'll deliver exceptional specialty care while ensuring a seamless patient experience from referral through treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
  • Perform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
  • Evaluate referred patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with referring general dentists to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative instructions to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuing education, clinical case reviews, and team meetings as appropriate.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, high-quality specialty care.

Qualifications: 
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
  • Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Specialty certification or eligibility to practice Endodontics in Illinois.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

Location & Schedule: 
We are seeking a full-time Endodontist to support our growing patient demand across our Lansing, Hegewisch, and Blue Island, Illinois locations.
Flexible scheduling is available, including evening and weekend opportunities, to accommodate both provider preferences and patient needs.
